About this terminal
Koole is located in the Port of Amsterdam; it also has a terminal at the same port in Zaandam, where the business was founded, close to the food industry and the North Sea Canal. It is situated a short distance from the North Sea and the Dutch road network. The terminal boasts five truck loading stations on the 245 M long port quay. The industrial workshop and the maritime engineering department are located on site. There is a storage facility for oils and fats, consisting of approximately 100 storage tanks, ranging in size from 60 to 1,400 cubic meters (CBM), as well as weighing systems and fixed pipelines.
Products include vegetable oils and fats, oleochemicals, biodiesel, and waxes.
Steam and hot water heating, air mixing, blending, dedicated systems, weighing, nitrogen blanketing, kosher storage, halal storage, and customs.
